Philosophical author and catalyst weaving modern mysticism into precise, elegant language — uncovering the hidden geometry that shapes relationships, social change, and society.

VISION

I bring spiritual leadership into the corporate world to:

Bridge our deepest economic gaps
Build unconquerable ethical political systems
Uplevel the entire mental battery of our society

As AI takes over more technical and operational tasks, human leadership will matter more, not less.

I decode the inner dynamics of people and show exactly how this influences behavior. This is highly important because these internal dynamics directly shape your relationships, your families, and your work-teams. While some people are genuinely willing to change, take ownership, and look themselves in the mirror, many people do not. They are trapped by massive blind spots. Since you cannot always choose your colleagues, you must learn how to deal with that reality.

We want horizontal structures, but we also need more skills to actually do that. A horizontal culture fundamentally means having more leaders who want to actively drive impact, shape key decisions, and steer the company’s direction. Therefore, leaders need to learn more skills and take on far more ownership and responsibility. We usually forget that part. We want the price, but we do not want the effort. We must look into the mirror and build not just our social skills, but also the inner landscape that we need for that freedom.

Look at the job market today: countless businesses cannot find the right experts or roles, while millions from the new generation—and experienced people later in career transitions—cannot find the right job. The real problem is that we are not looking objectively at the problem, defining the real blockages, and therefore discovering the real solutions. There is no lack: there are true solutions for this. There is OFFER—there is REQUEST. So there are not too few people, and it is also not about jobs being boring or not challenging enough—not at all. This is where the inner mindset, emotional world, social interaction, and political systems are the cause; it is the general package, and it is completely changeable. The market tells you it is a structural issue, but the real issue is a misalignment of inner architecture and invisible blind spots. There is plenty of supply and demand, but people are searching blindly. Therefore, we need this inner diagnostic work because without it, companies and talent will keep missing each other due to unaddressed ego-clashes, hidden fears, and mismatched energetic blueprints.

What holds us back from doing what we already know we need to do? We cannot even eat healthy even if we know we should. How, then, will we be able to build better economies, mature politics, and a deeper understanding in religions? To reach those things, we need to be much more honest with ourselves. We need to understand our own emotional projecting, navigate old traumas, and master the effects of our thinking and fears much, much more. We need to tackle our own energy drains and procrastination pitfalls with radical clarity.

So that is what I teach and map out. When we understand our inner dynamics, you can be a stronger contributor to your own family, your dream, and society. This naturally helps us build a better economy, better politics, and a thriving business atmosphere.

My expertise

My expertise lies in emotional, mindset, and group-dynamic leadership—human leadership skills that will become increasingly important as AI takes over more analytical, and operational work. The more we work with AI, the more we will need people who can navigate group dynamics, understand emotions, and create strong, healthy teams.

My mission is to cultivate spiritual leaders who bring this paradigm into businesses, helping teams develop healthier cultures and more conscious ways of working together. They drive this profound change by actively teaching and instilling emotional maturity, mindset, empowered ownership, clear communication, and group dynamics in everyone around them.

Personal Background

THE UNIVERSE HAD OTHER
PLANS

I did not set out to become someone who investigates how our inner landscape is formed — or how profoundly it shapes the society we create around us. I wanted a reassuringly normal life: a family, a husband with a big smile, a garden, a Labrador, a tiger-striped cat, and preferably a universe that behaved itself.

The universe had other plans.

Because I never fit neatly into the usual boxes, life kept sending me into very different worlds — living in spiritual and ecological communities with completely different ways of seeing life, and working across countless countries and fields, where I met people from all walks of life. While studying and practising within several spiritual schools and traditions, I moved between worlds that did not always speak the same language. Because the usual answers did not work for me, finding different ones became more than an interest — it became a quest.

Walking beside the norm taught me to look where others might not think to look: into emotions, consciousness, relationships, energy, group dynamics, ancient wisdom, human behaviour, and the quiet intelligence hidden inside difficult experiences. Slowly, a hidden geography began to appear before me, and I started to understand what it had all been for. I began to see connections between worlds, ideas, patterns, and experiences that are rarely examined together — and to find answers in the spaces where many people do not think to look.

What I first experienced as not fitting in eventually became one of my greatest gifts. It helped me recognise the brilliance in people who live beyond familiar boxes — and discover possibilities that ordinary paths might never reveal.

I was not a job-hopper; I was a job tap dancer. Moving between many different roles in 90 different jobs, allowed me to stand in the shoes of people in all kinds of positions, understand what they were really dealing with, and gather a rich, practical wisdom shaped by many perspectives.

Along the way, I completed far more studies and training programmes than can sensibly fit into one short biography. A few of them include a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Sufi and shamanic Shuem Healing, burnout mastery, Open Mind coaching, child and youth coaching, Law of Attraction mastery, diverse business coaching systems, and certifications as both a lived-experience worker and a family experience worker within mental healthcare, with training in recovery-oriented care.

Apparently, the Labrador was delayed because I had homework.

Lineage of Wisdom

My work is an original synthesis inspired by many traditions and teachers. It brings together ancient wisdom from Sufism, shamanism, Kabbalah and Ayurveda, alongside the teachings of Abraham through Esther Hicks, the work of David Ghiyam, New Thought, trauma informed coaching, REBT, the human sciences and other spiritual schools. Over 30 years, I have studied, tested, lived and integrated these different streams into a practical body of teachings for modern life, with a particular focus on emotional mastery, family relationships, conscious living, and societal renewal.

This work brings together spiritual themes, ethical responsibility, practical self-discipline and compassionate action with grounded insights from motivational interviewing and family support.

The spiritual perspective may reach high, but it should never float away from reality. When severe mental-health symptoms, addiction, abuse, coercion, eating disorders, medical danger, or immediate safety concerns are present, spiritual wisdom belongs beside professional support — not instead of it.

Even the Light knows when to call in qualified backup.

As a result, I felt called to turn some of the insights I gathered along the way into books & trainings whenever I sense they could bring clarity, healing, or a new perspective.
