I traveled in a number of countries, communities and workplaces. I’ve practiced and studied spiritual traditions such as Shamanism, Sufism, the Ayurvedic tradition, Buddhism, Anthroposophy, classical religions, etc. I wanted to discover what communities are like abroad before I could settle in my home country. I was looking for answers and personal healing. Here are some of the insights that I learned on my adventure:

As a specialist in emotional intelligence with many years of experience in coaching & training, ecology, spiritual traditions, and healing people with emotional trauma I have developed a variety of methodologies & training programmes. During the past 7 years, I have assisted people individually and in groupsessions.
